Ranch Beans

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans ranch style beans
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes and green chilies (i use rotel)
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar taco sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon mexican oregano
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a dutch oven, brown beef with onion; drain.
  • 2 add the remaining ingredients.
  • 3 cook, uncovered, over medium heat, until thoroughly heated, about 10 minutes.
