Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup flour
- salt
- pepper
- canned milk
- water
- salt and pepper
- dried beef, chopped (optional)
Recipe
- 1 brown the hamburger.
- 2 remove the meat to bowl.
- 3 sprinkle flour into fat; brown the flour.
- 4 add the canned milk and enough water to make a gravy, stirring on low.
- 5 add hamburger back to gravy.
- 6 add salt and pepper to taste.
- 7 cook on low for a while (the longer you cook the better); 15 minutes is good.
- 8 you can add dried beef if you want, cut in small pieces.
