Ingredients

- 2 lbs roast beef, left over
- 1 large onion
- 2 packages bovril powder
- 1/2 cup water
- to taste mashed potatoes
Recipe
- 1 grind the roast beef.
- 2 saute the onion and add bovril, water, and
- 3 beef.
- 4 cook for a short time. put in a casserole. top with mashed potatoes and put in 375 f oven for about 30 minutes.
- 5 brown under broiler.
- 6 i must admit that i sometimes use a gravy mix instead of the bovril and about 2 cups of gravy as a replacement is wonderful.
