Denise's Fat Free Brown Gravy

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 1 large beef bouillon cube
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon kitchen bouquet
- salt
- 1/4 cup wondra flour
Recipe
- 1 in a small sauce pan simmer one bouillon cube in the 1 cup of water.
- 2 add about the same time no more than one teaspoon of kitchen bouquet.
- 3 add a pitch of salt.
- 4 now whisk in wondra, slowly until the desired thickness is met.
- 5 now even though wondra usually produces no lumps, some times it does, you might want to strain out the gravy, to get out the lumps.
- 6 taste to get the right amount of salt.
- 7 taste through out the cooking process.
- 8 cook until gravy reduces and thickness has occurred.
