Ingredients
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope lipton onion soup mix
- 3 lbs rump roast
- 1 cup nonfat beef broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 place roast in crockpot.
- 2 mix broth, onion soup, salt and pepper in small dish and pour over roast.
- 3 cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or until meat is tender.
