Mexican Lasagna

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground sirloin
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup water
- 72 inches corn tortillas
- 1 cup salsa
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 15 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
- 4 ounces sliced black olives, drained
- 4 ounces mild chiles, drained
- 1 1/2 cups low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 brown and drain the meat.
- 2 add taco seasoning and water and cook until thickened.
- 3 spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and place 6 tortillas on the bottom, overlapping the edges.
- 4 mix the salsa and tomato sauce together and set aside.
- 5 top the tortillas with half the meat, corn, olives, and chilis.
- 6 pour half the salsa/tomato sauce mixture over it and sprinkle with half of the cheese.
- 7 repeat layers.
- 8 bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
