- 1 lb hamburger (turkey, beef or venison)
- 1 cup quick oats (oatmeal)
- 1 cup v8 vegetable juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, chopped
Recipe
- 1 mix all together; shape into a loaf.
- 2 bake in loaf pan or 9x13 pan (shaped as a loaf in the center), at 350 for 1 1/4 hours.
