Mutt Meatballs

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb ground beef
• 1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese
• 1 carrot, finely grated
• 1/2 cup bread, crunbs
• 1 egg, whisked
• 1 garlic, glove crushed
• 1 teaspoon tomato paste

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350.
• 2 combind all ingreadients and mix well.
• 3 using a teaspoon make mini-size meatballs.
• 4 place all the meatballs on a cookie sheet sprayed with a non sticking spray.
• 5 bake for 15 to 20 minites.
• 6 cool and eat a few, store the rest in refrigerator for later.
