Ingredients
- sirloin tip roast (or any roast of choice) or rump roast (any size)
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 500°.
- 2 salt and pepper roast. place in roasting pan on low rack with no cover.
- 3 cook in preheated oven at 500° for 8 minutes per pound.
- 4 turn oven off and let stand in oven 2 hours. (do not open oven door!).
- 5 drippings make wonderful gravy.
