Quick Vegetable Soup

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 (10 1/2 ounce) cans beef broth
  • 16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables, thawed (green beans, carrots, corn)
  • 16 ounces frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce

Recipe

  • 1 throw everything in a large saucepan, bring to a boil, then simmer 10-15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
