Italian Meatball Soup

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (18 ounce) package frozen fully cooked italian-seasoned meatballs
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 (14 ounce) can ready-to-serve beef broth
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can italian-style diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup uncooked ditalini

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients.
  • 2 bring to a boil.
  • 3 reduce heat; simmer 8-10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  • 4 serve with shredded parmesan cheese if desired.
