Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 8 ounces tomato sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 1 cup corn
• 2 cups mashed potatoes
• 5 slices american cheese

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 brown beef and onions in skillet; drain.
• 3 mix in tomato sauce, garlic and oregano.
• 4 place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
• 5 top with corn.
• 6 then spread mashed potatoes over the corn.
• 7 lay cheese over the mashed potatoes in a single layer.
• 8 bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
