Ingredients
- Servings: 80
- 1 1/2 kg lean ground beef
- 3 carrots, processed
- 3 onions, processed
- 3 tomatoes, processed
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 4 egg whites (or 2 eggs)
- 2 sprigs marjoram, fresh
- 1 teaspoon sage leaf, ground
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup cornflour
- 1/2 cup chicken stock powder
Recipe
- 1 combine, roll into balls, coat in combined cornflour and chicken stock powder.
- 2 spray with cooking spray, bake at 180 c for 15 mins or until cooked, turning once. time will depend on size of meat balls. can be panfried in olive oil but this will increase fat content.
