Meat Balls

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 80
  • 1 1/2 kg lean ground beef
  • 3 carrots, processed
  • 3 onions, processed
  • 3 tomatoes, processed
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 4 egg whites (or 2 eggs)
  • 2 sprigs marjoram, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon sage leaf, ground
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup cornflour
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock powder

Recipe

  • 1 combine, roll into balls, coat in combined cornflour and chicken stock powder.
  • 2 spray with cooking spray, bake at 180 c for 15 mins or until cooked, turning once. time will depend on size of meat balls. can be panfried in olive oil but this will increase fat content.
