Meatballs - Frikadeller

Ingredients

- 2 lbs boneless beef chuck roast
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 6 teaspoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons horseradish, grated
Recipe
- 1 put the beef through a meat grinder 3 times.
- 2 add the butter, bread crumbs, flour, milk, salt and pepper.
- 3 mix well with your hands until well blended.
