Meat Tarts

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped fine
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (10 ounce) can mushroom soup
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 12 slices fresh brown bread

Recipe

  • 1 trim crusts from bread and butter.
  • 2 place butter side down in tart tins.
  • 3 brown beef and add onion, worcestersauce and soup.
  • 4 slowly stir in cheese.
  • 5 mix well.
  • 6 fill tart shells with mixture.
  • 7 bake 350 for 35 minutes.
  • 8 these freeze well. after removing from freezer, cook 10 minutes before serving.
