Mini Greek Meatballs

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 small onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup very finely crumbled feta cheese (measure after crumbling)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, plus more for baking dish
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional, it didn't need it)
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons all purpose greek seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400.
  • 2 combine all ingredients in large bowl, using your hands to mix ingredients.
  • 3 lightly oil a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • 4 shape meat into 1 tablespoon size meatballs and place on baking sheet.
  • 5 bake until browned and cooked through, about 20 minutes.
