Ravioli With Meat Filling

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/8 teaspoon ground rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup romano cheese
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup ricotta cheese
Recipe
- 1 scramble the hamburger meat until done.
- 2 add all the dry seasonings and gently heat for a few minutes.
- 3 heat until you get a nice aroma of all the herbs.
- 4 remove from heat and cool.
- 5 mix all of the cheeses into the meat.
- 6 it should be a dry dense mixture that will hold together when you form a ball.
- 7 use a tablespoon or teaspoon for the filling of each ravioli.
