Ravioli With Meat Filling

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup romano cheese
  • 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup ricotta cheese

Recipe

  • 1 scramble the hamburger meat until done.
  • 2 add all the dry seasonings and gently heat for a few minutes.
  • 3 heat until you get a nice aroma of all the herbs.
  • 4 remove from heat and cool.
  • 5 mix all of the cheeses into the meat.
  • 6 it should be a dry dense mixture that will hold together when you form a ball.
