No Fuss Roast Beef

Total Time: 3 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 beef rib roast (4 to 6 pounds)
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, cubed

Recipe

  • 1 combine the first four ingredients; rub over roast.
  • 2 place roast, fat side up, in a roasting pan.
  • 3 dot with butter.
  • 4 bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1-3/4 to 3 hours or until meat reaches desired doneness.
