Meatballs

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1 large egg

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 400.
  • 2 mix all ingredients.
  • 3 shape mixture into twenty 1 half inch meatballs.
  • 4 place in ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2" or on a rack in broiler pan.
  • 5 bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until no longer pink in center and juice is clear.
