Roast Brisket

Total Time: 2 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs beef brisket
  • 1 garlic clove, halved
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 -6 sprigs fresh rosemary

Recipe

  • 1 rub cut of brisket with clove of garlic. roast with sliced onion, salt, pepper, and liberal sprinkling of rosemary on top. cook uncovered 1 hour in 325* oven. cover and cook 1 hour longer.
