Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef brisket
- 1 garlic clove, halved
- 1 onion, sliced
- salt and pepper
- 5 -6 sprigs fresh rosemary
Recipe
- 1 rub cut of brisket with clove of garlic. roast with sliced onion, salt, pepper, and liberal sprinkling of rosemary on top. cook uncovered 1 hour in 325* oven. cover and cook 1 hour longer.
