Guacomole Dogs

Total Time: 6 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 4 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 beef hot dogs (all beef, non hormone preferred)
  • 2 buns
  • 30 ml guacamole
  • 15 ml yellow mustard (french's perferred)
  • 30 ml barbecue sauce
  • 15 g old cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 heat up your bbq.
  • 2 throw on the dogs.
  • 3 open the buns and put them on the top rack for toasting.
  • 4 grate the cheese.
  • 5 after about 2 mins, turn the dogs.
  • 6 flip the buns over on the rack as well (should be open faced).
  • 7 sprinkle your cheese into the buns to get it nice and melty.
  • 8 after 2 mins the dogs should be cooked, spread on some of that bbq sauce to finish.
  • 9 turn off the bbq burner.
  • 10 place the dogs into the buns on the top rack.
  • 11 place them on your plate.
  • 12 put on the guacomole.
  • 13 put on the yellow mustard.
  • 14 eat and enjoy!
