Grandma Vera's Goulash

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground sirloin
- 1 lb elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 3 (10 3/4 ounce) cans tomato soup
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- velveeta cheese, sliced
Recipe
- 1 brown beef and onions together.
- 2 drain off fat.
- 3 add undiluted soups, tomatoes salt and pepper to taste.
- 4 bring to a simmer.
- 5 add cooked pasta, stir.
- 6 put into a greased 9 x 13 oven proof casserole dish.
- 7 bake 350 degrees for one hour.
- 8 put cheese slices on top to cover.
- 9 stick back into oven until melted.
- 10 enjoy.
