Grandma Vera's Goulash

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground sirloin
  • 1 lb elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 3 (10 3/4 ounce) cans tomato soup
  • 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • velveeta cheese, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 brown beef and onions together.
  • 2 drain off fat.
  • 3 add undiluted soups, tomatoes salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4 bring to a simmer.
  • 5 add cooked pasta, stir.
  • 6 put into a greased 9 x 13 oven proof casserole dish.
  • 7 bake 350 degrees for one hour.
  • 8 put cheese slices on top to cover.
  • 9 stick back into oven until melted.
  • 10 enjoy.
