Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sausage (i used regular, but italian seasoned is good too.)
- 2 lbs ground beef (i use 90/10 to cut down on grease)
- 1 1/2 cups italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 pinch oregano
- 1 pinch basil
- 1 pinch parsley
- 1/2 cup water
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven to 350°.
- 2 in a large bowl mix together all ingredients excluding water.
- 3 use water to make mixture the right consistence.
- 4 roll small amount into equal sized balls.
- 5 place on ungreased cookie sheet ½ inches apart.
- 6 bake for 25-30 minutes or until browned.
