Italian Meatballs

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground sausage (i used regular, but italian seasoned is good too.)
  • 2 lbs ground beef (i use 90/10 to cut down on grease)
  • 1 1/2 cups italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 1 pinch basil
  • 1 pinch parsley
  • 1/2 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat oven to 350°.
  • 2 in a large bowl mix together all ingredients excluding water.
  • 3 use water to make mixture the right consistence.
  • 4 roll small amount into equal sized balls.
  • 5 place on ungreased cookie sheet ½ inches apart.
  • 6 bake for 25-30 minutes or until browned.
