- 1 1/4 lbs ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 6 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 1/2 ounces salami
- 3 ounces mozzarella cheese
Recipe
- 1 mix first 9 ingredients. spread on foil.
- 2 put salami and mozzarella on top. roll up, and pinch ends to seal.
- 3 bake.
