Klupskies (polish Burgers)

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1 egg
- 2 slices bread
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Recipe
- 1 mix beef, onion, green pepper, eggs, salt, and ketchup.
- 2 tear bread up into small chunks (1/2 inch pieces) and mix into the beef until the pieces are evenly distributed.
- 3 form meat into 4 patties.
- 4 cook in a skillet sprayed with olive oil spray over medium heat until one side is browned (approximately 10 minutes). turn and cook other side, until the other side is brown and the juices from the burgers run clear. **please note that these can also be cooked on the grill.
