Kriston Burgers

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup progresso breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon meat seasoning salt

Recipe

  • 1 place ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, and seasoning salt in a bowl.
  • 2 mix with hands until all ingredients are mixed together.
  • 3 roll mixture into 8 golf-ball sized balls and place on a sheet of waxed paper.
  • 4 place another sheet of wax paper ontop of meat balls.
  • 5 press, with palms of hands, firmly on balls until they resemble hamburger patties.
  • 6 take off top piece of wax paper and sprinkle patties with more seasoning salt.
  • 7 grill burgers on pre-heated bbq until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees for medium-well burgers.
