Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup progresso breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon meat seasoning salt
Recipe
- 1 place ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, and seasoning salt in a bowl.
- 2 mix with hands until all ingredients are mixed together.
- 3 roll mixture into 8 golf-ball sized balls and place on a sheet of waxed paper.
- 4 place another sheet of wax paper ontop of meat balls.
- 5 press, with palms of hands, firmly on balls until they resemble hamburger patties.
- 6 take off top piece of wax paper and sprinkle patties with more seasoning salt.
- 7 grill burgers on pre-heated bbq until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees for medium-well burgers.
