Meat Lover's Pizza Bake

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
• 15 ounces pizza sauce
• 3 1/2 ounces pepperoni, sliced and chopped
• 2 1/4 ounces sliced ripe olives, drained
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 3/4 cup biscuit mix
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup milk

Recipe

• 1 in a large skillet, cook beef and green pepper over medium heat until beef is done; drain.
• 2 stir in pizza sauce, pepperoni and olives. transfer to a greased 11x7x2-inch baking dish.
• 3 sprinkle with cheese.
• 4 in a small bowl, combine the biscuit mix, eggs and milk until blended. pour evenly over the cheese.
• 5 bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
• 6 let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
