Meatballs And Sour Cream Gravy

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs ground chuck
  • 7/8 idaho potato
  • 1 (8 ounce) bag baby carrots
  • 3 celery ribs
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup saltine crackers
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 (4 ounce) packet onion soup mix
  • 1 -16 ounce sour cream
  • flour

Recipe

  • 1 mix ground chuck , eggs, dice up green peppers ,crush crackers add to mixture, melt margarine in large skillet .{i use a large iron skillet}, make meatballs ,roll in flour brown in margarine until golden brown, remove meatballs add 2 cups water to drippings add potatoes, carrots , put meatballs on top to finish cooking, cook until potatoes are tender remove meatballs potatoes & carrots into large bowl , add onion soup mix cook until thick remove from heat add sour cream pour gravy over meatballs and vvegetables -- enjoy with a hot buttered roll.
