Meatloaf Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 can campbell condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 package ore-ida frozen tater tots
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 combine first six ingredients and mix well.
- 3 add ground beef, completely combining mixture.
- 4 spread evenly in a 13x9 inch baking pan.
- 5 top with a single layer of tater tots (you may have a few left over).
- 6 pour cheddar cheese soup over the tater tots.
- 7 (stirring the soup with a spoon as you pour makes it come out of the can a little easier).
- 8 bake for one hour.
- 9 fabulous with ketchup.
