Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 egg
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 cup chopped fresh tomato
- 1 tablespoon chutney
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- salt, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups water
Recipe
- 1 mix all meatloaf ingredients and form into a loaf shape.
- 2 place in casserole dish.
- 3 mix gravy ingredients together and pour over meatloaf.
- 4 bake at 180c for 1 hour.
