Meatloaf With Tangy Tomato Gravy

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 egg
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup chopped fresh tomato
  • 1 tablespoon chutney
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 mix all meatloaf ingredients and form into a loaf shape.
  • 2 place in casserole dish.
  • 3 mix gravy ingredients together and pour over meatloaf.
  • 4 bake at 180c for 1 hour.
