Meatloaves With Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, coarsley chopped
- 1 1/2 ounces dry vegetable soup mix
- 1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumb
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces about 3 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
Recipe
- 1 meatloaves:.
- 2 preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
