Meatloaves With Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, coarsley chopped
  • 1 1/2 ounces dry vegetable soup mix
  • 1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumb
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces about 3 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/3 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth

Recipe

  • 1 meatloaves:.
  • 2 preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
