Meatloaf

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 (6 ounce) box uncle ben's stuff and such country style seasoned stuffing mix
• 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon mustard

Recipe

• 1 combine contents of crumb pouch and milk.
• 2 add egg worcestershire sauce and contents of seasoning pouch; mix well.
• 3 add ground beef and mix until combined.
• 4 press into loaf pan.
• 5 blend ketchup brown sugar and mustard.
• 6 brush sauce over meatloaf.
• 7 bake at 350°f for 45 minutes.
