Ingredients

- 3 lbs lean ground beef
- 2 egg whites (beat)
- 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (chopped)
- salt and pepper
- italian seasoning
- 2 cups low-fat parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 cup lowfat mozzarella cheese
- tomato sauce
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
- 3 brown your meatballs in olive oil in your frying pan ( turn them a few times).
- 4 then place them on cookie sheet and bake them for about 20 min ( till done).
- 5 pour your favorite sauce over them.enjoy!
