Mini Meatballs - Mexican

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup carrot, finely grated
  • 1/3 cup onion, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • salsa

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400°f line a baking sheet with nonstick foil or lightly oiled tin foil.
  • 2 lightly combine all ingredients. roll into approximately thirty 1" balls.
  • 3 bake meatballs on baking tray for 15 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160°f.
