Mini Meatballs - Mexican

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup carrot, finely grated
- 1/3 cup onion, shredded
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- salsa
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400°f line a baking sheet with nonstick foil or lightly oiled tin foil.
- 2 lightly combine all ingredients. roll into approximately thirty 1" balls.
- 3 bake meatballs on baking tray for 15 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160°f.
