Ingredients

- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 lb mushroom, chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 3/4 cups beef broth
- 1/3 cup red wine
- 3 tablespoons parsley
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 lb meat ravioli
Recipe
- 1 heat oil and saute onion, mushrooms, and garlic.
- 2 stir in flour and blend.
