Ravioli In Mushroom Broth

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 lb mushroom, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 3/4 cups beef broth
  • 1/3 cup red wine
  • 3 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 lb meat ravioli

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil and saute onion, mushrooms, and garlic.
  • 2 stir in flour and blend.
  • 3 add broth, wine basil, parsley, and pepper.
