Italian Crescent Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup marinara sauce (your favorite brand)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) package pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef and onion, drain.
- 2 stir in marinara sauce (and i add a little salt and pepper).
- 3 in a medium-sized bowl, combine sour cream and mozzarella cheese.
- 4 pour ground beef mixture into a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. spoon cheese mixture over beef mixture.
- 5 unroll crescent roll dough on top of cheese mixture.
- 6 in a small bowl, combine melted butter and parmesan cheese.
- 7 spread butter mixture over dough.
- 8 bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes, until the dough is golden brown.
