Meat Loaf Wellington

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 lbs ground meat
- 1 cup small bread cubes
- 2 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 cup boiling water
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 5 refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
Recipe
- 1 mix 1/2 cup bouillon with bread cubes and add egg. let stand about 5 minutes or until croutons are softened, beat until smooth and fluffy.
- 2 add meat, onion, salt and pepper.
- 3 shape into loaf. place in shallow baking pan.
- 4 bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
- 5 separate crescent rolls, place crosswise over top and down sides of loaf, overlapping slightly.
- 6 bake 15 minutes more.
