Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 1/4 cup onion, finely diced
• 2 tablespoons dried parsley
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
• 1/2 cup catsup
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Recipe

• 1 combine first eight ingredients. mix well.
• 2 add ground beef and 1/4 cup catsup. mix well.
• 3 place into 9x13 baking dish and form a loaf shape.
• 4 bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
• 5 for the topping mix 1/4 cup catsup, dry mustard, and brown sugar. after the meatloaf bakes for one hour, top with catsup mixture and bake for 15 minutes.
