Meatloaf Florentine

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon bottled chopped garlic
  • 1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f
  • 2 in a large bowl, mix together all ingredients.
  • 3 place mixture into a 9x5 loaf pan that has been coated with nonstick spray.
