Meatloaf - Lindsay Jackson

Ingredients

• 2 lbs ground beef
• 1 (6 ounce) box stove top stuffing mix
• 1 cup water
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
• 1/4 cup pickle, chopped
• 1/4 cup onion, chopped

Recipe

• 1 divide bbq sauze in half and keep 1/4 cup for the topping. mix all other ingredients together and place in baking pan. top with bbq sauce and bake at 375 degrees f. for 35 minutes.
