Meatloaf Muffin Cakes

Ingredients

• Servings: 16
• 16 -18 slices bread
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 1/4 cup finely diced onion
• 1 beaten egg
• 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

• 1 combine all ingredients well except for bread slices and set aside.
• 2 trim crusts off bread and butter one side.
• 3 place slices butter side down in muffin tins and shape.
• 4 fill with meat mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
