Meatloaf

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 pieces whole wheat bread, finely cubed (i use the bread ends)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2-2 lbs ground beef
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs into milk.
- 2 stir in the bread crumbs, onion, salt, sage, pepper.
- 3 add beef and combine well.
- 4 put mixture into a loaf pan.
- 5 bake in a 350 degrees oven for one hour and fifteen minutes.
- 6 drain off excess fat.
- 7 combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard and spoon over meat loaf.
- 8 bake for ten minutes longer.
