- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup japanese sake (dry wine)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 lb baby carrots
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 onion, diced
Recipe
- 1 put all into crock pot and cook on low 10-12 hours or on high 4-6 hours.
- 2 stir before serving.
