Paul Northcott's Coca-cola Roast Beef

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 5 lbs boneless bottom round roast
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon thyme
• 1 teaspoon basil
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon chervil
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
• 2 cups coca-cola, soft drink

Recipe

• 1 put roast in a large roasting pan.
• 2 blend seasonings together.
• 3 pour worcestershire sauce over beef and sprinkle seasonings on.
• 4 pour coke along the sides of the beef.
• 5 bake in a preheated oven 375°f for 30 minutes reduce temp to 300°f and continue baking for 3 hours.
• 6 remove beef slice and serve.
