Poached Meatballs With Lemon Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes, crushed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup rye breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 lb ground beef

Recipe

  • 1 combine meat, bread crumbs and egg. form meatballs. bring water to boil and add bouillon, stir until cubes dissolve. drop meatball in water and simmer for 10 minutes add remaining ingredients and simmer until sauce thickens.
