My Meatloaf

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 diced green bell pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup ketchup (may add more if you like)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 4 tablespoons cider vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 mix all together. form into loaf. bake 350 for 1 -11/2 hrs or til golden on top. brush with glaze throughout baking.
  • 2 mix all glaze ingredients, brush onto loaf as it cooks.
  • 3 note: omit vinegar and ketchup from recipe, add 2-3 tbs. of glaze to meatloaf mixture. use remaining for glaze.
