Impossible Cheesebuger Pie

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup bisquick baking mix
• 2 eggs

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 400.
• 2 cook beef and onion, drain.
• 3 stir in salt. spread in greased 9 inch pie plate; sprinkle with cheese.
• 4 stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended. pour into plate.
• 5 bake 25 minute or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
