Mini Meatloaves - 3 Variations - Kraft Food And Family Magazine

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 1 (16 ounce) package stove top stuffing mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 3/4 cup salsa

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat oven to 375°f.
  • 2 mix ground beef, stuffing mix, water, and the powder ingredient from the variation you chose.
  • 3 press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • 4 make an indentation in center of each meatloaf. with spoon fill indentation with sauce (from chosen variation).
  • 5 bake 30 min or until cooked through. top with cheese, continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
