Ingredients
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 1 (16 ounce) package stove top stuffing mix
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 3/4 cup salsa
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven to 375°f.
- 2 mix ground beef, stuffing mix, water, and the powder ingredient from the variation you chose.
- 3 press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
- 4 make an indentation in center of each meatloaf. with spoon fill indentation with sauce (from chosen variation).
- 5 bake 30 min or until cooked through. top with cheese, continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
