Coney Dog Sauce

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
• 2 medium onions, minced
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 3 tablespoons chili powder
• 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
• 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
• 1 (6 ounce) can water
• 8 -12 hot dogs (ground up)
• salt and pepper

Recipe

• 1 dont pre brown the beef.
• 2 combine all ingredients-except the ground up dogs- and simmer until thick.
• 3 now add the ground up dogs and simmer 15 min longer.
• 4 serve on "whole" hot dogs.
