Kofta

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 slice soft bread
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 soak bread with enough water to saturate the whole slice.
  • 2 in a food processor add beef, onions, salt, pepper, and bread until it reaches a paste like consistency.
  • 3 form a small amount on wooden skewers that have been soaked in water for at least an hour.
