Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 slice soft bread
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 soak bread with enough water to saturate the whole slice.
- 2 in a food processor add beef, onions, salt, pepper, and bread until it reaches a paste like consistency.
- 3 form a small amount on wooden skewers that have been soaked in water for at least an hour.
- 4 cook over a hot grill until cooked.
